Sino-foreign cooperative education projects refer to projects between domestic universities and foreign universities approved by the Ministry of Education, including graduate education cooperation projects, undergraduate education cooperation projects, higher vocational education cooperation projects, etc.


University of the West of England Software Engineering Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Project

Neusoft Institute Guangdong introduced the project in 2020, which is the sole Sino-foreign cooperative education project approved in Guangdong province during that year. The school capitalizes on its successful track record in operating schools specializing in software engineering, integrates the strengths of the University of West of England in computer science, and adopts the Sino-British cooperative education model to establish a talent development program that combines Chinese characteristics with high-quality foreign educational resources.


Chengdu Neusoft University Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Program in Data Science and Big Data Technology

The Sino-Foreign Cooperative Undergraduate Program in Data Science and Big Data Technology, jointly offered by Chengdu Neusoft University and Eastern Connecticut State University, was officially approved in 2025. Building upon Neusoft's IT industry heritage and Chengdu Neusoft University's established expertise in data science and big data, the program integrates the academic strengths of Eastern Connecticut State University in data science. Through the Sino-US "3+1" cooperative education model, it develops a talent cultivation system that combines an international outlook with hands-on data proficiency.


Dalian Neusoft University of Information, China and University of South Carolina Upstate, United States on the Sino-Foreign Cooperative Joint Education Undergraduate Program in Data Science and Big Data Technology

In 2026, Dalian Neusoft University of Information received approval from the Ministry of Education to establish an undergraduate Sino-foreign cooperative education program in Data Science and Big Data Technology in partnership with the University of South Carolina Upstate. It is the university's first undergraduate Sino-foreign cooperative education program, with its inaugural intake scheduled for 2027.

The U.S. partner institution ranks 2nd among top public universities in the U.S. South according to U.S. News and holds SACSCOC and ABET accreditation. Building on the Neusoft industry-education integration ecosystem and integrating the U.S. partner's disciplinary strengths in data science, the program adopts a "3+1" staged training model: students complete their first three years of study on the home campus and spend their fourth year studying in the United States, graduating with dual Chinese and U.S. degrees.

Focusing on artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and fintech, the program incorporates original U.S. courses and high-caliber faculty, delivers instruction bilingually, and builds a comprehensive training system of "theoretical instruction + project-based practice + enterprise internships" to cultivate high-caliber, versatile data science talent.
