Leveraging the practical experience of Neutech's software industry and the extensive educational foundation of its three universities, we have established a unique lifelong education service system that is supported by high-quality knowledge assets, educational resources, and intelligent platforms. Guided by the vision of becoming a leader in lifelong education in the digital age, we strive to provide comprehensive lifelong learning services for learners at all stages of life, including continuing education, global education, training, online education, human resources, and elderly education. Through our services, we aim to help learners redefine their self-worth and assist organizations in revitalizing their human resource value.

Continuing Education

With the support of three universities in Dalian, Chengdu, and Guangdong, we carry forward the educational principle of " Empower Students with Innovative Education " and provide various academic advancement services for adult learners through "knowledge empowerment, practical experience empowerment, and digital empowerment." Our services include applied undergraduate programs, international undergraduate programs, adult education through online platforms, and practical upgrading programs for associate to bachelor’s degrees. Through our employment-oriented curriculum and hands-on training, we have established a comprehensive "academic qualifications + skill training + employment" model to improve students' practical abilities and competitive edge in the job market. As of the end of 2024, we have served over 4,000 learners, with a nearly 90% employment rate for the 2024 graduating class.

International Education

Following the educational and service concept of "going out, bringing in, two-way collaboration, and inclusiveness," our main services include studying in China, studying abroad, training in China, and training abroad. We offer degree-based international education programs (such as Sino-foreign cooperative education and study-in-China initiatives) as well as non-degree international education products and services, including language training, study tours, short-term exchanges, and study abroad consulting. By establishing a comprehensive one-stop international education service platform that covers "talent development—overseas education—career advancement," we meet the diverse learning, exchange, and employment needs of students worldwide. As of 2024, we have established partnerships with over 140 universities and educational institutions in more than 20 countries and regions, such as the UK, the USA, Russia, Japan, Australia, South Korea, and Indonesia, and have served over 5,000 students globally.

Training Programs

Leveraging the self-owned brand "Neutech Training" brand established by the group and guided by the vision of "Gathering Wisdom, Empowering Talent, and Fostering Growth," we integrate the software and hardware resources of three universities, a nationwide delivery network, online education platforms, and human resource service institutions. We offer a diverse range of training products and services to governments, enterprises, educational institutions, and individuals, including IT, general management, education, and certification programs. With the advantages of Neutech's technology and talent resources, university faculty resources, regional delivery capabilities, and standardized management systems, Neutech Training has built a professional training service system. As of 2024, our business scope has expanded to cover 28 provinces and municipalities across China, with over 80 provincial-level or higher certifications. We have served more than 300 clients from governments, enterprises, and institutions, trained over one million individuals cumulatively, and achieved an annual training capacity of nearly 50,000 participants.

Online Education

Relying on our self-developed online education platform, "Neutech Education Online," and utilizing the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) education model, we have created an integrated online-offline educational ecosystem that combines "online courses + practical training + employment and entrepreneurship." Our services include comprehensive talent cultivation for college students and working professionals, such as assessment, learning, and career advancement. We also offer integrated intelligent training solutions for governments, enterprises, and educational institutions. Our platform features a vast array of online courses, including programming/development, AI/data science, networking/Internet of Things, e-commerce/operation, design/creativity, cloud computing/blockchain, digital healthcare/wellness, and workplace/soft skills. Additionally, we provide users with online training management tools and dynamic data dashboards for real-time tracking of their training progress. By the end of 2024, our platform offered 908 courses with a total of 20,631 lessons and 359,778 minutes of content. The number of registered users has exceeded 2.3 million.

Human Resource

Leveraging our self-owned human resource service institution, we offer comprehensive HR solutions to government and enterprise clients, including recruitment and headhunting, talent assessment, and HR outsourcing. For students and corporate employees, we provide career enhancement services such as career counseling and resume optimization. By working closely with our training services, we have established a seamless "recruitment-assessment-training" service chain, creating a comprehensive human resource service matrix that enhances individual employability and organizational human capital value. By the end of 2024, we have recommended over 2,000 professionals to nearly 300 enterprises and organizations and provided career services to over 10,000 students and corporate employees. 

Elderly Education

Relying on Neutech Phoenix College, we have pioneered the innovative "LIFECARES" model—an integrated elderly education approach combining Leisure, Wellness, Healthcare and Education. Centered around three core directions: “AI and Artistic Creation”, “Health and Rehabilitation”, and “Mental Wellness Travel”, the program offers five diverse education products for elderly learners: namely Flexible Interest-Driven Classes (semester-based learning),Cloud-Based Fun Learning Workshops (short-term thematic courses),Spiritual Wellness Journey Programs (short-term study tours),Full-Time Master Class (intensive learning experience), and Online Accessible Learning Courses (inclusive digital education). Our goal is to help seniors reconstruct their lives, boost confidence, make new friends, and achieve better health in the digital era. As of May 2025, we have launched 106 offline courses and 94 online courses, serving over 2,000 senior students.

Our goal is to empower each learner to improve themselves and achieve their full potential in the digital age.
