Education Technology Services

Relying on Neusoft's strong industrial genes and technological resource advantages, since 2000, the Group has established three IT application-oriented undergraduate universities with new systems and mechanisms, from a high starting point and with high standards, in Dalian, Liaoning; Chengdu, Sichuan; and Foshan, Guangdong — namely, Dalian Neusoft University of Information, Chengdu Neusoft University, and Guangdong Neusoft University. Currently, these universities have nearly 58,000 full-time undergraduate and college students, with a cumulative total of nearly 170,000 graduates, making active contributions to promoting the development of China's digital technology-related industries.

The three Neusoft universities have cumulatively had 25 majors selected for the Ministry of Education's "Double Ten Thousand Plan" for first-class undergraduate program construction, covering 4 major disciplinary categories: Engineering, Management, Arts, and Humanities. Among these, 22 are digital technology-related majors, accounting for nearly 90%. The three universities collectively host 8 national-level first-class undergraduate program construction points, all in digital technology-related majors. Among them, Dalian Neusoft University of Information leads with 7 approved, ranking first among private universities nationwide, and Chengdu Neusoft University has 1 approved. In 2005, Dalian Neusoft University of Information pioneered among private universities by winning the National First Prize for Teaching Achievements. In 2023, the university again won the National First Prize for Vocational Education Teaching Achievements, which was the only national first prize awarded in the vocational education field for Liaoning Province that year.

Public Welfare and Responsibility

During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Group provided free access to its self-developed Neusoft MOOC platform, Neusoft Course Practice Platform, Neusoft Software Project Development Training Platform, etc. to domestic universities. Approximately 300 institutions and over 87,000 users utilized these resources. In the same year, the Group was recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security as one of the first 54 national online vocational skills training platform institutions. During the pandemic, it provided remote vocational skills training for over 260 enterprises and nearly 10,000 employees. Chairman Liu Jirong was selected as one of the "100 Outstanding Individuals from the Private Sector in Combating COVID-19" jointly recognized by the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
