WEN was the former vice-principal of Liaoning Petrochemical University, former party secretary and principal of Dalian Neusoft University of Information. He is currently a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at Northeastern University.

CHAO previously served as finance department manager at Wafangdian Bearing Co. Ltd., finance department manager at Shenyang Neusoft Software Co. Ltd., and finance director at Dalian Neusoft University of Information College.

CHAO graduated from Northeast Institute of Technology (now Northeast University) with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Accounting. Obtained the professional qualification of Senior Accountant from the Personnel Department of Liaoning province in 1998.

He studied at the University of Sheffield and the University of Edinburgh in the UK. After returning to China in 2009, he has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, investment and financing, and enterprise management. Since joining the Neusoft system in 2018, he has served as executive director of Shanghai Neusoft Investment Holding Co., Ltd., chairman of Dalian Xikang Yunshe Kanglv Investment Management Co., Ltd., and director and vice president of Neutech Group. Deeply participate in the strategic decision-making of the "teaching, medical care, elderly care, tourism" industry layout and related businesses.

Responsible for Health Technology and Lifelong Education Business

In 2007, WANG joined Dalian Neusoft University of Information and served as deputy director of the school office, Minister of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of the Party Committee, Dean of School of Continuing Education, Dean of Higher Vocational College, etc. He was appointed general manager of the Continuing Education Division of Neusoft Education Technology Group in 2019, Vice President of Neusoft Education Technology Group in 2021, and Director and General manager of Dalian Neusoft Ruixin Health Technology Co., LTD in 2024. Since 2025, he has served as Vice President of Neutech Group and President of Neutech Health Technology Company.


WANG has the title of associate professor. He has won provincial and municipal honors such as Excellent Communist Party Member and excellent educator of Liaoning Education System, and has won national teaching achievement Award. He has presided over and participated in many national and provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. At present, he also serves as the expert database expert of the Education and Examination Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the director of China e-Education Society, the vice president of Continuing Education Branch, the professional capacity building expert of Liaoning Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, the vice president of Liaoning Information Technology Vocational Education Group, and the vice president of Dalian Health Industry Association.

He joined Dalian Neusoft University of Information in 2007. Since 2018, he has been the general manager of the Education Resources Research and Development and Promotion Division of Neusoft Education Technology Group Co., LTD., since 2020, he has been the general manager of the Vocational Education Division of Neusoft Education Technology Group in 2020, and the vice president of Neusoft Education Technology Group in 2021, and the president of the Research Institute of Neusoft Education Technology Group in 2022. Since 2023, he has also served as the director of the Metauniverse Research Institute of the Group. Mr. Dong Benqing holds part-time positions in many domestic academic organizations, such as the secretary of the Joint Meeting of Presidents of the National Demonstration Software Vocational and Technical College, and the secretary general of the Vocational Education Working Committee of the China Society of Communications.

DONG has the technical title of professor of computer science and technology, and has won a number of national and provincial honors such as national Teaching Achievement Award, Liaoning Province "tens of millions of Talents Project" thousand level candidate, and presided over a number of national and provincial scientific research projects.

WANG held multiple management positions at Dalian Neusoft University of Information, where he was responsible for administrative management and higher education research. He serves as a part-time supervisor for the Master's program at the Higher Education Research Institute of Dalian University of Technology, and a part-time researcher at the Teaching Evaluation and Development Strategy Research Center, a key new think tank in Liaoning province.WANG has received honors such as the first prize in the Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Award in Liaoning province and the Excellent Education Worker in Dalian. WANG obtained a bachelor's degree in Thermal Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, a master's degree in Business Administration from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a PhD in Educational Management from Dalian University of Technology.
